Bring the challenge
you can't afford
to keep circling.
Wayne Robinson works with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams facing the decisions that will define what comes next, and what doesn't.
The challenge
that keeps returning.
These are not hypothetical. They are the real strategic problems that keep leaders up at night.
The kind of advisor
you cannot search for.
Wayne Robinson is an executive advisor, educator, and retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major who has spent his career studying how people lead and make decisions under uncertainty.
His experience spans U.S. Army Special Operations, Chicago Booth, Google, Deloitte, biotechnology, professional sports, finance, and entrepreneurship. Across those environments, Wayne has worked with leaders navigating consequential decisions, organizational change, and complex adaptive challenges.
He created the Decision Lab around a simple premise: the best leadership development happens through the real work already in front of you. Rather than teaching hypothetical cases, Wayne helps leaders diagnose the actual problem, challenge assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, make decisions under uncertainty, and capture what they learn so experience becomes better judgment.

Bring Your DecisionDecision architecture, not advice.
Name the real decision, not the presenting problem. Separate symptom from cause.
Map the assumptions, dependencies, and constraints operating beneath the surface.
Interrogate the frame. Introduce rigorous alternative readings and stress-test them.
Structure the choice. Sequence the actions. Define what success means.
Build capacity from this decision. Make the next one better.
