AI Decision Lab
Helps leadership teams move from broad AI ambition to a small number of clear, defensible decisions.
What should we
actually do with AI?
AI can automate tasks, accelerate analysis, generate options, and reshape workflows. That does not mean every problem should be solved with AI. The goal is not to use more AI. It is to make better decisions about where AI belongs.
The harder question is deciding where AI creates real value, what organizational changes it requires, and where human judgment still matters most.
Where should AI actually create value in this organization?
What should we automate, augment, or deliberately keep human?
Which opportunities are technically possible but organizationally premature?
What assumptions are driving our AI strategy?
Where are the real constraints: technology, process, leadership, incentives, skills, trust, or culture?
What should we test first before making a larger investment?
